Management is amazing! They truly care for employees and residents. They all listen to concerns and questions and always find solutions. {name redacted and name redacted} always show appreciation for staff very encouraging and caring and helpful!

The people here in this company are so friendly and open to helping at any time. I have never been made to feel so at home even with people who cannot be in the same place or town. This place is incredible and I am so grateful I was picked to be a part of it. Its just been a short time, but I know I made the right choice.

I truly believe that the CNAs and nurses have gotten better at working together, when necessary, over the last year. There are still some flaws, but it seems like everyone gets along better.
