There is no micromanaging here which is fantastic, gives people a chance to be themselves and bring new ideas to the table.

Most my coworkers have lived in alliance for most their life and know the people we care for and can have actual connections with them.

This facility does so many fun activities for the residents!

Fantastic benefits! VAMP Simply stated, THE RESIDENTS!!! It is a family. Yes, we have good days and bad days but who doesn’t? When times get tough, we truly pull together. I could not run this building without each LT member and every single front line staff member.

I truly believe that the CNAs and nurses have gotten better at working together, when necessary, over the last year. There are still some flaws, but it seems like everyone gets along better.

The staff are here because they genuinely want to be here and support each other when difficult situations arise.

The people here in this company are so friendly and open to helping at any time. I have never been made to feel so at home even with people who cannot be in the same place or town. This place is incredible and I am so grateful I was picked to be a part of it. Its just been a short time, but I know I made the right choice.
