I love that our facility had a dedicated memory unit for residents who need extra time and care.

Open door policy and easy to talk too.

Team effort to get the job done. The building is in good repair and maintenance responds quickly if something is not how it needs to be.

There is no micromanaging here which is fantastic, gives people a chance to be themselves and bring new ideas to the table.

I truly believe that the CNAs and nurses have gotten better at working together, when necessary, over the last year. There are still some flaws, but it seems like everyone gets along better.

The company continually strives to make this a better place to work and have fun.

Activities are over the top.

Our DON is top notch. She will come into work when needed. She will answer her phone 100% of the time. Our administrator always answers her phone. She helps with any questions or concerns.

Fantastic benefits! VAMP Simply stated, THE RESIDENTS!!! It is a family. Yes, we have good days and bad days but who doesn’t? When times get tough, we truly pull together. I could not run this building without each LT member and every single front line staff member.

Management is amazing! They truly care for employees and residents. They all listen to concerns and questions and always find solutions. {name redacted and name redacted} always show appreciation for staff very encouraging and caring and helpful!

The people here in this company are so friendly and open to helping at any time. I have never been made to feel so at home even with people who cannot be in the same place or town. This place is incredible and I am so grateful I was picked to be a part of it. Its just been a short time, but I know I made the right choice.

Most my coworkers have lived in alliance for most their life and know the people we care for and can have actual connections with them.
